Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Management Trainee (TSS Advertising) at Tetra Holdings. The role is based on-site in Bengaluru. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of advertising strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with the creative and client service teams. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring project progress, preparing reports, supporting client presentations, and ensuring timely delivery of advertising campaigns. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advertising and business management.

Qualifications

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Manage and update the company’s CRM/lead database.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, projects) for smooth client communication.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle routine client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
