Job Description

  • Support the team with tasks related to global people topics.
  • Run the monthly global people tracking and reporting process, utilizing various applications throughout the process such as Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint in close collaboration with the Senior Practice Area Coordinator.

  • Responsible for the upkeep of our practice area affiliation database & face pages, including maintaining non-automated distribution lists in Excel/online tools.
  • Support various team reporting processes, including new hires, promotions, headcount, etc.
  • S

    upport the team learning & development (L&D) agenda by drafting standard communications, preparing calendar invites for training sessions, and performing tasks related to training reporting and analysis.

  • Take ownership of tasks relating to team meetings and calls.
  • Provide support to global team members on ad-hoc PA tasks as needed.

Youre good at

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data analysis, reporting and analytics.
  • Proficient in Excel and intermediate knowledge in PowerPoint.

You bring

  • 2-4+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, maintaining confidentiality, and a sense of ownership over overall objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Service-oriented behavior when responding to customer needs; communicates well with all levels of staff.
  • Skill to think analytically, adopting outside-the-box thinking.
  • High degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment; dependable and cooperative team player
  • Competence to handle difficult situations with poise, understanding, and tact.
  • Aptitude to utilize good judgment in dealing with workflow and uncertain situations; recognize limitations and when to surface issues to the supervisor.
  • Ability to identify issues and bring forward recommendations for improvements to current processes.
  • Capacity to execute defined tasks that require independent judgment, based on processes/policies.
  • Capability to effectively coordinate day-to-day work; apply working knowledge of primary function and demonstrate the ability to solve problems within own role.
