We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Sucessfactor Architect to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SuccessFactors architecture design
and roadmap planning to optimize system performance.
Define and implement
integration strategies
using
Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools
.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure
seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and third-party applications
.
Design and configure
SuccessFactors modules
, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
Provide
technical leadership
on integration best practices, system security, and compliance standards.
Conduct
workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
to enhance internal expertise in SuccessFactors capabilities.
Perform
troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancement recommendations
.
Stay up to date with
SuccessFactors roadmap, release updates, and industry trends
.

Qualifications & Skills:

Extensive experience
in SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration.
Strong knowledge of
Integration Center, OData APIs, and middleware platforms ( CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.)
.
Familiarity with
HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
.
Ability to
translate business needs into technical solutions
and integration workflows.
Experience in
data migration, security protocols, and role-based permissions in SuccessFactors
.
Strong
problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
.
SuccessFactors certifications
in relevant modules (preferred).
