Business Consulting Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and business-oriented Consulting Associate who can work closely with our clients and our internal consulting team. The person will assist in the implementation of strategies, process improvements, operations oversight, and marketing activities required for the growth of our consulting firm and our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, communicating with clients, and driving execution on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Coordination & Communication

• Act as a bridge between our consulting team and the client’s management.

• Regularly interact with clients to gather data, track progress, and ensure smooth implementation.

• Understand client requirements and assist in delivering actionable solutions.

2. Process Implementation

• Support in implementing business strategies, financial processes, and operational systems designed by the consulting team.

• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Identify gaps and suggest improvements.

3. Business Operations Support

• Assist clients in streamlining everyday operations, documentation, and reporting.

• Ensure that SOPs, checklists, and performance dashboards are followed.

4. Marketing & Business Growth Activities

• Support firm’s marketing initiatives—content coordination, lead follow-up, client communication, and event activities.

• Help in creating reports, presentations, and case studies for business development.

5. Field Visits & On-site Support

• Visit client offices as required to ensure proper implementation of systems.

• Conduct training and handholding sessions for client staff.
