As a Business Process Improvement Support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes, conducting market analysis, and managing clients effectively. Your tasks will involve: - Assisting in client interactions, comprehending requirements, and extending necessary support. - Participating in online meetings, documenting key discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items. - Collecting, organizing, and formatting data for analysis and reporting purposes. - Mapping existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and aiding process re-engineering initiatives. - Contributing to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Designing structured formats for reports and operational documentation. - Supporting the implementation of new processes. - Engaging in domain-specific tasks to enhance expertise and specialize in the respective field. - Conducting industry research, analyzing market trends, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. - Collaborating closely with internal teams to align business strategies and optimize workflows. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Post graduation in management field. - Experience: Freshers - Age: 21 - 25 years - Gender: Male/Female Your knowledge is expected to cover: - Basic understanding of business operations, process optimization, and workflow management. - Knowledge of process mapping, SOP preparation, and workflow documentation. - Awareness of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. The essential skills for this role include: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP tools, and data reporting. - Effective communication and documentation skills. - Ability to analyze data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
