Business Coach/Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Business Coach to mentor entrepreneurs, support their business growth, and guide them through strategy, finance, and market development. The role involves coaching, training, business planning, and coordinating with project teams across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor entrepreneurs on business strategy, planning and execution
• Conduct training sessions on business models, marketing, and financial planning
• Support preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), loan proposals & growth plans
• Facilitate market linkages and B2B partnerships
• Coordinate with field teams and conduct visits when required

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Finance, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent
• Experience in business coaching, consulting, marketing & market linkages
• Strong communication, presentation & analytical skills
