Role Overview: HexaCareers is hiring a dynamic and experienced Business Coach to lead interactive training sessions in sales strategy , negotiation skills , and professional readiness for students enrolled in our 100-day training program. The ideal candidate brings both real-world sales expertise and the ability to coach aspiring professionals into high-performing individuals ready for job placement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live, engaging training sessions on: Sales techniques & conversion strategies Customer psychology & rapport building Objection handling & closing methods Personal branding & negotiation skills Work closely with the academic team to align sessions with job roles in real estate, marketing, and sales sectors Support students in developing confidence, communication, and practical business thinking Review student progress, deliver feedback, and tailor guidance to improve individual performance Participate in bootcamp sessions, workshops, and placement grooming activities Preferred Qualifications: 3–5 years experience in sales coaching, business consulting, or corporate training Strong background in B2C/B2B sales, client negotiation, or business development Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Experience working with young professionals or students is a plus Fluency in English and Malayalam Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,481.98 - ₹60,971.81 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025
