As a Business Clients Credit Senior Advisor, AVP at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, your role involves sourcing and managing relationships with high-value clients for their Trade and Working Capital requirements. The primary sourcing channels include Deutsche Bank Branches, the In-house Sales team, and DB's Cross-sell unit targeted at existing DB customers. The target segment for the PCB business in India is the MSME segment and mid-corporate clients. Particularly focusing on the Bank for Entrepreneurs perspective, you will work closely with Private Wealth Teams to provide Business Banking Solutions to Entrepreneurs who are DB clients in a personal capacity. Your responsibilities include acquiring new Trade & Forex clients, new business lending clients, and ensuring healthy growth of Working Capital Book, CA floats, and Trade & FX revenues. To excel in this role, you should have at least 15+ years of work experience in Emerging Enterprises and Business clients, with expertise in Trade, Working Capital, Cash Management, Bill discounting, and Trade Guidelines (UCP/FEMA). Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle customer queries are essential. A Post Graduate qualification is required, along with a good understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, markets, economy, and banking processes.
