Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical architecture and solution design for Business Central implementations. - Hands-on AL extension development using VS Code. - Design and implement integrations (REST/OData/APIs, middleware). - Manage CI/CD pipelines, branching, and automated deployments. - Establish coding standards; conduct code reviews and mentor developers. - Drive automated testing and end-to-end validation. - Lead technical data migration (mapping, ETL, reconciliation). - Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues. - Oversee technical cutover and go-live. - Support presales with technical solution design and estimates. - Maintain current knowledge of BC roadmap and best practices. Qualification Required: - 4-6 years of ERP technical experience; minimum ~3 years with BC/NAV development. - Proven experience leading technical delivery on full-lifecycle BC implementations. - Strong AL/extension development skills. - Strong CI/CD (Azure DevOps), source control, automated deployment experience. - Integration experience across Financials and Operations. - Solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, inventory, purchasing, sales. - Experience with data migration/validation. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
