It operates as a subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL). As a Business Branch Manager for the UCV product under the Sales vertical, you will report to the Cluster Business Manager. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the P&L of the branch, building a sales distribution channel to meet disbursement targets, cross-selling to existing clients, managing sales of UCV, sourcing new business, guiding clients to obtain loans, meeting targets, fulfilling budgetary expectations, exploring new productivity avenues, and maintaining MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling at least 3 branches within the same cluster location. Strong communication skills, a minimum of 2 years of job stability in the current organization, team-building abilities, and willingness to travel to all branches are essential requirements. A minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree is necessary. Additionally, candidates should possess 5-7 years of team handling experience, be aged between 25-30 years, exhibit good communication skills in the local language, and have basic system knowledge.
