Business Associate

You will be responsible for leading and executing strategic projects, driving key business initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation. Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to guide project direction and success. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, analytics, product, and business teams, to align on goals and drive execution. Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and scorecards to monitor business KPIs and project impact. Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities, creating and implementing solutions for long-term scalability. Build and maintain regular reporting cadences for leadership and stakeholders, simplifying complex data into clear narratives. Conduct regular reviews of key performance metrics and adjust project plans based on insights and business needs. Support the creation of self-serve reporting tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making turnaround time. Desired Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in project management, strategy, business operations, or analytics. - Proficiency in SQL and Excel is mandatory. - Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. - High ownership mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes. - Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. - Strong analytical thinking with a passion for solving real business problems.,
