Job Overview

We are hiring Business Associates (Management Trainees) as part of our Global Training Module (GTM). Selected candidates will receive structured training and grow into leadership roles within the organization.

Career Growth Path

Business Associate → HR Trainer → Team Leader → Assistant Branch Head → Business Head
(Training duration: 6 / 12 / 18 months based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote client brands
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in field marketing and business development activities
• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members
• Support team training and performance management
• Learn business operations and basic financial management

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and business awareness
• Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Freshers are welcome
• Experience: 0–1 year
• Age: 20–26 years

Compensation

• Up to ₹25,000 per month during the training period
• Fast career growth with performance-based promotions

Work Location

Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Madurai.
