Role: Business Associate– Full Time (Gurgaon)

We are looking for self-driven individuals with prior experience in e-commerce. The key responsibilities include:

Liaison with clients for optimization of brand store (brand websites / marketplaces) for listings, features etc. for effective marketing results.

Liaison with clients for marketing planning, creative requirements and execution.

Liaison with internal teams for execution of product & marketing activities and plans.

Monitor daily performance trends and provide actionable recommendations / feedback to product & marketing teams.

Ensure fast turnaround time for client requests and improve client servicing experience.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Support the Business Manager to achieve business objectives.

Research and identify new trends in e-commerce.

Requirements:

Graduate (bachelor’s degree) with a learning attitude and flexible to work in a start-up environment.

Strong communication, problem solving, accountability, presentation skills with attention to details.

1-3 years’ prior experience in e-commerce.

Excellent project management skills, team player and highly collaborative.

Microsoft Office tools (basic Excel is a must).
