Summary As Dynamics 365 CRM AI Lead, you will lead business transformation by architecting intelligent, future-ready CRM solutions on Dynamics 365. This leadership role will focus on driving innovation through Generative AI, automation, and predictive analytics to transform customer engagement and business processes. A typical day involves collaborating with senior business leaders, designing scalable solution architectures, shaping AI-enabled process flows, and driving strategic decisions.
