This elite role goes beyond standard consulting, you will shape offerings, define reusable accelerators, influence presales strategy, and ensure delivery excellence.A typical day involves architecting end-to-end CRM solutions, guiding Managers and Associate Managers, driving AI capability adoption (Copilot, Power Automate, AI Builder), and representing the practice in high-stakes client or leadership forums.________________________________________Roles & ResponsibilitiesServe as the CRM Solution Architect and thought leader for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 programs.Lead solution blueprinting, design authority, and architecture governance across projects.Lead the adoption of Generative AI technologies (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio) within CRM workflows.
