We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Workforce Operations Administrator to oversee and manage our company's workforce tracking and operations management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling attendance tracking, monitoring the in/out status of employees, and managing the coordination of field service teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Operations Management
  • Manage and monitor the daily attendance, including check-ins and check-outs for both office and field employees.
  • Track employee activity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all team movements and schedules.
  • Field Operations Coordination
  • Oversee the field service teams, ensuring smooth coordination of client visits and service delivery.
  • Monitor real-time activity of field staff to ensure timely service and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare detailed reports on employee attendance, field visits, and overall workforce performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs related to workforce data and client visits.
  • System Administration
  • Administer and support the attendance management system, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues or system improvements.
  • Employee Support & Training
  • Provide guidance and training to new employees on system usage and attendance protocols.
  • Address any system-related issues and support employees in resolving concerns promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with workforce management systems or similar tools (attendance, field operations, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting and system administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, workforce management, or operational coordination.
  • Experience in field force coordination or service team management.
  • Knowledge of attendance and employee tracking systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
