Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a critical role as a Business Applications Administrator at E2open, contributing to the execution of the company's technology roadmap and identifying opportunities for business process improvement. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day maintenance and support of the system, user provisioning, troubleshooting, scripting, reporting, and collaborating with key stakeholders to evaluate and implement solutions on impactful initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Administer system access and provide training to users on system functionality. - Provide end user support and administration for key application functionality. - Gather and document business requirements from critical stakeholders. - Document business application workflows and solutions for functional and technical audiences. - Manage configuration changes and ensure standard process and governance. - Design, implement, and support solutions to business problems leveraging application functionality. - Collaborate with teams to integrate product management tools for operational cohesion. - Perform QA and testing of defined use cases in support of change management. - Analyze and compare new solutions against documented business requirements. - Problem solve and make decisions quickly to overcome obstacles. - Support deployment of changes outside of normal business hours as necessary. - Uphold best practices, change management strategies, and drive continuous delivery. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience administering the relevant platform or technology. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the IT department. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Comprehension of and/or experience with data modeling and structures. - Enthusiasm for learning new methodologies, systems, and solutions. - Track record of attention to detail and meeting deadlines. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with SQL.
