FRL Technologies is a 20-year-old, ISO-certified private limited company. We are now launching a new division focused on home automation and smart living solutions, aiming to deliver innovative technologies for modern living.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Business & Sales Manager to spearhead our sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will confidently bridge the gap between technology and business, helping position FRL Technologies as a go-to name in the smart home space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B and B2C sales across defined markets
• Develop channel partnerships with architects, builders, integrators, and hoteliers
• Manage sales targets and performance metrics
• Deliver product demos and support technical sales initiatives
• Conduct training for partners and dealers
• Collect market feedback and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science
• (Candidates who have completed their course but are awaiting results or have not yet passed may also apply)
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus, but not mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales
• Tech Savvy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits, events, and demos
