Business Analytics Analyst

As a Business Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for developing client-centric analytical solutions that address business issues with a client-first approach. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing analytical solutions focused on business challenges - Leading and executing complex analytical projects - Applying segmentation techniques, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and statistical methodologies - Managing relationships with stakeholders across departments and regions - Developing project strategies, delegating tasks efficiently, and maintaining seamless communication To excel in this role, you should possess the following technical skills: - Experience in Python or R programming - Strong background in Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling - Hands-on experience in P&L Forecasting, Product Pricing, and Acquisition Strategy projects - Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization - Experience with Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) In addition to technical skills, the following soft skills are essential: - Ability to work independently or in a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - High flexibility and willingness to take initiative You should have a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in data analytics or a Master's Degree with 2 years of experience.
