Job Description

Functional Business Analyst Responsibilities: Gather and evaluate requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs. Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop functional specifications and ensure they align with business objectives. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states. Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
