User Story Writing: Crafting clear, concise, and testable user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria. Okay Backlog Grooming & Prioritization: Collaborating with Product Owner, Delivery Lead and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Average, contributor but not direct owner of backlog Stakeholder Management: Engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and communicate progress. Okay Technical Skills System Analysis & Data Modeling: Understanding system architectures, data flow, and creating models like ER diagrams or sequence diagrams. No API & Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and basic understanding of integration patterns. Familiarity SQL / Data Analysis: Running queries and interpreting data to support decision-making or validate feature implementation. Excel okay, SQL no Tools Proficiency: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Swagger/Postman, etc.- Okay, No direct Postman/Swagger Agile Mindset & Practices Continuous Improvement: Using retrospectives and feedback to improve team processes. Okay Adaptability: Comfortable with evolving requirements and priorities in fast-paced environments. Okay Value-Driven Thinking: Prioritizing features and tasks based on business value and customer impact. Okay Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and product leaders. Okay Soft Skills Communication: Bridging the gap between business and tech through clear documentation, storytelling, and visuals.- On demand Critical Thinking: Analyzing problems and proposing data-backed, feasible solutions.
