JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand, research, and document software and application requirements. You will be responsible for drawing wireframes, writing use cases, creating functional specifications, and assisting in the development of various business analysis documents. If you have experience in software requirements gathering, wireframing, and project management, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor/Masterâ€™s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in software application or systems analysis, including writing requirements, creating wireframes, and documenting use cases
Familiarity with project management processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation best practices
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar tools)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis
Well versed with best on-line/off-line strategies and methodologies
Excellent writing and communication skills
