As an Immediate Joiner for the Night Shift (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST) with a cab provided, located in HSR, Bangalore, you will be required to have the following experiences and skills: **Role Overview:** You should possess a good Technical/Engineering bachelor's or Professional degree with 1-5 years of relevant experience in software development or Professional Services. Your technical expertise should include hands-on experience with Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and a solid understanding of systems, architecture, and security aspects. Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you should be able to prioritize and work on multiple customer projects concurrently. Familiarity with Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle would be advantageous. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify training needs of global customers, understand customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and propose use cases to enhance digital adoption. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, improve process efficiency, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to customers. - Create content using the client Studio Editor to tailor solutions to customer use cases and ensure consistency in deliverables across projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess a background in Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA. - Excellent spoken English skills are necessary for frequent communication with North American clients. - Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies. - Proficiency in Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, systems architecture, and security. - Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, and CLM, specifically Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis, etc., will be beneficial. - Preference for candidates with a background in Engineering and Computer Science.
