Volody is an enterprise software product company helping businesses to digitize their legal contract management processes by providing them with a smart Contract Lifecycle Management Software.Volody is expanding aggressively and looking for a Business Analyst & Customer Success Manager for its Product Delivery division.

The candidate should have following experience :
1- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.2-Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.3-Performing requirements analysis.4-Documenting and communicating business requirement analysis.5-Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.6-Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.7-Working closely with clients, tech team, and managerial staff.8-Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.9-Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.10-Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.11- Getting the user acceptance testing done from clients.12-Performing user acceptance testing for internal standard products.13- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.14-Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.15-Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.16- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.17-Managing competing resources and priorities.18-Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.19-Creating project / product road map, communicating it with the client and get it implemented20-Client Support for technical or functional requirements
