Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying opportunities, and proposing solutions. The role involves gathering business requirements, defining business processes, and communicating findings with various stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with team members and ensure that business needs are effectively met and aligned with the organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in defining Business Requirements and Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills for articulating findings and collaborating with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the tech or healthcare industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
