About the Role

Business Analyst Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  online classes

  every weekend (2.5 hours per day).
• Teach core

  Business Analysis concepts

  , tools, documentation, and SDLC methodologies.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and case studies.
• Assist students with

  projects, doubt-clearing

  , and BA documentation practice.
• Provide guidance for

  interviews and resume-building

  .
• Ensure high engagement and smooth delivery of sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  as a

  Business Analyst

  or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, Agile/Scrum, BRD, FRD, User Stories, UML

  etc.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training/teaching experience is a plus (not mandatory).
• Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
