Role Senior Healthcare Business Analyst (46 years)
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in healthcare systems, analytics, and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, analytics teams, and delivery squads to design solutions that address complex healthcare business needs while shaping the next wave of AI-powered healthcare innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications• Any Engineering background (or) MBA in Business Analytics/ Business Management etc..• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain (providers, payers, or digital health platforms).• Strong domain knowledge of US Healthcare, including clinical documentation workflows & patient information systems.• Familiarity with EHR/EMR, HIS modules (Clinical, Patient, RCM, Lab, Radiology).• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and system analysis.• Understanding of clinical workflows and value-based care models.• Exposure to analytics, reporting, and visualization techniques.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.• Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse business goals, objectives, challenges, and solution needs within the healthcare ecosystem.• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact insights across healthcare processes.• Partner with analytics & AI teams to explore solutions powered by ML, GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision.• Conceptualize and evolve functionalities and workflows aligned with product/solution roadmaps.• Document requirements through BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping.• Support initiatives across EHR/EMR, HIS modules (Clinical, RCM, Lab, Radiology), patient engagement, and medical records processing.• Develop and implement performance reporting & dashboards (forecasting, funnel analysis, pipeline management).• Present data and insights effectively through visualizations and dashboards.• Contribute in both Agile and Waterfall environments (backlog grooming, sprint planning, validation, requirement reviews).• Utilize tools like JIRA, and Confluence for requirement tracking, data analysis, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or CSPO.• Exposure to digital health transformation, automation, or advanced analytics projects.
