Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Product Solutions team. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating detailed documentation, preparing project flows, and coordinating with clients, developers, and implementation teams to ensure timely project delivery for Government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Client

• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with clients
• Understand business objectives and translate them into clear and structured requirements

• Documentation & Sign-offs

• Prepare Scope of Work (SoW), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and functional specifications
• Create user flows, wireframes, and flowcharts using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Figma
• Get timely approvals on requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with developers to explain requirements and clarify functional use-cases
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure the project is delivered as per expectations
• Track progress and ensure milestones are achieved within timelines

• Quality & UAT

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality checks are done before delivery
• Provide necessary support during client demos and handovers

Must-Have Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in a product or SaaS environment)
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience in writing SoWs, BRDs, and flow diagrams
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms, Conversational AI, or digital products
• Working knowledge of Postman or similar tools for interacting with APIs
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in delivering WhatsApp, web, or app chatbot journeys
• Prior exposure to Government domain / vertical
• Basic understanding of NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts
