Business Analyst - T24 Platform

Responsibilities :
- Minimum 10 years of development experience in T24 platforms and provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team.- Will play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms in particular T24.- Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application Design.- Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions.- Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and Draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development.- Deep understanding of the private banking modules like SC, DX, SY, Corporate actions and accounting/ reporting modules.- Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows.- Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.- Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.- Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions.- Working with the Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutions.Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements) :Years of Experience : 10 to 12 Yrs of Experience.Good To Have :- Strong understanding of T24 - Pricing domain/Products.- Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms.- Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents.- Strong communication and stakeholder management.- Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.- Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.Technical / Professional Skills :- Latest T24 release R19+ and exposure to T24 Upgrade processes.- T24 performance optimization and T24 data Archiving.- Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24, Linux scripts.- Experience in T24 Upgrades and data migration best practices.Non-Technical / Soft Skills :- Candidate should possess excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills.- Experience working in Agile environment.- Ability to learn new client applications.- Good problem solving abilities.- Good team player.- Good service attitude.
