Role & responsibilities

You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks through root cause analysis, recommending process changes, and supporting the rollout of new workflows. Your blend of operational insight and analytical skills will directly improve efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen performance across the logistics function.

- On-going generation and creation of reporting.
- Analysing data to outline any reasons for under/over performance and take actions to improve performance. - Support the delivery of productivity targets for all KPI's - Ensure accurate recording and reporting of metrics. - Performing updates and acting as an SME on workflow tools. - Work closely with leadership to identify hot spots and take appropriate actions to minimize any impacts. - Communicate and interact effectively with operations and support functions to provide internal customers with information/data needs in a timely manner. - Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving workflow processes and automation of processes. (Using Excel VBA or in any other tool)

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying • Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, META) or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization)
• Familiarity with data center logistics operations (warehouse, inventory management)
  • Understanding of logistics KPIs and performance metrics • Proven ability to convert analytical findings into operational improvements and measurable efficiencies • Experience performing root cause analysis and making actionable recommendations • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training
