Job Description

Identify process improvement opportunities and support workflow automation.
Prepare BRDs and document Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria in Jira/Azure DevOps.
Apply strong SDLC and Agile Scrum knowledge; actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
Use AI tools to enhance requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis tasks.
Utilize SQL for data validation, requirement analysis, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with developers using foundational understanding of microservices and multi-tenant architecture.
Support legacy system migration and modernization through requirement mapping and gap analysis.
Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Architects for requirement clarity and design alignment.
Review existing and proposed functionalities; conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements.
Manage UAT and assist in go-live activities, ensuring smooth release execution.
Handle project management tasks: planning, tracking, risk identification, and timely issue closure.
Monitor daily BAU tasks and maintain up-to-date project status reports.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with global teams.
Conduct product demos and deliver training to internal users for strong adoption.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and audit-ready artifacts.
Perform market research and analyze client feedback for benchmarking and product improvement.
