Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Analyst Data Science to join our team at Novartis India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and analytics, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to drive business growth and improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop solutions using data science techniques.
Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and results to non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity across all systems and platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on data science projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Excellent understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
