Description
As a Business Analyst Tax Senior at EY, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Tax Technology team in Bangalore, India. Your role will involve determining operational objectives, designing computer programs, defining project requirements, monitoring project progress, handling changing requirements effectively, and preparing technical reports. You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and users to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, evaluating output requirements and formats. - Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, wire frames and diagrams, and studying system capabilities. - Effectively communicate with other senior leaders on program strategies and plans, and negotiate quality solutions. - Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming a project team, and establishing a project budget. - Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. - Handle changing requirements and GAP Analysis effectively. - Review the QA test cases, perform Functional and UAT testing. - Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. - Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users. Skills And Attributes For Success: - Experience and understanding of technology tools such as Balsamiq, Access, Excel (Advanced), Word, Visio, Jira, TFS, and MS Project. - Knowledge of Agile Scrum, Scrum Master, and Project management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, or MCA. - Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
