Business Analyst (Salesforce Specialist) - CET Shift

Role & responsibilities

• Assists in formulating logical statements of business requirements and communicates them to technical staff
• Supports the development of specifications for user evaluation and approval
• Helps research reported user issues and contributes to evaluating alternative solutions
• Participates in creating models and diagrams to explain desired results and system design
• Collaborate with technical teams to support flexible system development within the change management process flow
• Assist in developing and executing test scripts for programmed components
• Supports the testing lifecycle, analyzes basic test results, and communicates findings
• Help prepare documentation for system enhancements and ensure user understanding and agreement
• Communicate with team members and users to support project requirements
• Contributes to analysis and testing of projects and enhancements across applications

Ensures alignment with user/business vision under guidance

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree or a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Basic understanding of object modeling and business process translation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
