Position Purpose Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply users requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or clients expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing suitable solutions, in line with the entitys strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements. Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts. Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment. Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed. Write the different User stories, associated with the documentation (requirements) to ensure the respect of the definition of ready Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. Contributing Responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
