We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst + QA professional who can gather and interpret client requirements, work closely with the product and design teams, and ensure high-quality delivery through hands-on application testing.
l Interact with clients to understand and document business requirements
l Translate requirements into functional specs and communicate them to developers
l Collaborate with the Product Manager and UI/UX Designers to ensure business needs are reflected in the user experience
l Create use cases, workflows, and mock scenarios to guide development
l Perform functional and usability testing on developed applications
l Track issues, raise bugs, and ensure timely resolution
l Own the quality of the product by validating features before delivery
l 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Engineer, or in a hybrid role
l Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and business flows
l Experience in writing and executing test cases and reporting bugs
l Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
l Ability to think from the end-user perspective and spot issues in workflows
l Exposure to agile development environments
l Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
l Prior experience in working on analytics or AI-based products
