Business Analyst & Projects

You will be responsible for understanding the Logistics & Services (L&S) offerings of Maersk for all products. This includes setting product direction and managing performance by monitoring progress on key business metrics and providing support towards P&L protection. Utilizing data analytics to enhance business forecast accuracy will be a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities across accounts and guide business strategies accordingly. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing new growth initiatives for various products based on data insights. Basic financial modeling for projects and assisting product managers in the annual budgeting exercise will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to engage in business writing and presentations. To qualify for this role, you should have a solid understanding of shipping, logistics, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate would have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation skills is essential. A strong aptitude for numbers, coupled with sound business acumen, is crucial for success in this position. Being results-driven, strategic, and analytical will be advantageous. As a self-starter, you must be capable of working under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A postgraduate degree in Business Administration is the preferred educational background.
