Business Analyst / Project Lead - Financial Reporting in Fund Industry

As a Business Analyst / Project Lead in the financial reporting sector of the Fund Industry, your role involves the following: - Good knowledge of Financial reporting in Fund Industry is a key requirement. - Possess financial reporting operations experience, preferably inclusive of multiple global accounting and reporting standards such as US GAAP, IFRS, etc., and multiple global fund structures like RIC, OEIC, "33 Act Fund, SICAV, etc. - Experience in the financial services industry is necessary. - Previous experience in implementing or supporting financial reporting software is beneficial. - Experience in Financial Reporting of Traditional (Mutual Funds) or Alternative funds (Hedge funds) is preferred. Your Skills and Experience should include: - Good knowledge of Financial reporting or Investment banking. - A total of 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a lead/managerial role. - Previous experience leading a team of at least 5 individuals in a global organization. - Self-motivated individual with a focus on achieving results. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
