Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document

  business requirements

  for financial and accounting software solutions.
• Convert business needs into

  functional specifications, user stories, and process flows

  .
• Collaborate with

  product managers, developers, and QA teams

  to ensure accurate implementation.
• Perform

  gap analysis

  and recommend process improvements for financial workflows.
• Define

  data mapping, integration requirements, and API specifications

  for SaaS platforms.
• Support

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  by preparing test cases and validating functionality.
• Ensure compliance with

  accounting standards

  (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare

  training materials and documentation

  for end-users and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / CS / MBA

  -

  Finance / Commerce background with BA experience

• 3+ years

  of experience as a Business Analyst in the

  financial/accounting domain

  .
• Strong understanding of

  accounting principles, financial reporting, and Accounting systems

  .
• Experience with

  SaaS platforms, cloud applications, and API integrations

  .
• Proficiency in

  JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL

  .
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Knowledge of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
