Business Analyst / Product Owner

You will be working in Coimbatore, contributing your expertise with 4 to 8+ years of experience in a Full-time role with a Competitive compensation package along with Benefits and Performance Bonus. You will be part of a team that specializes in building AI-powered, Salesforce-enabled healthcare products aimed at reducing administrative burdens and enhancing patient outcomes. Your role will involve defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog while managing Agile ceremonies. You will gather and document requirements, collaborate with UI/UX to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes, and analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine the product roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving Salesforce solution design aligned with healthcare workflows and compliance and identifying and integrating GenAI/AI features with clear use-cases, guardrails, and ROI. Ensuring adherence to HIPAA/PHI and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) will also be a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile practices. Experience in Salesforce (preferably Health Cloud) and/or the healthcare domain is essential, along with AI literacy or hands-on GenAI experience. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are also crucial for success in this position. Possessing Salesforce certifications, healthcare interoperability knowledge (FHIR/HL7), and familiarity with analytics tools would be advantageous.
