? 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
? Proven (hands-on) industry experience in Securities Processing, TAX reporting preferably in a
techno-functional role.
? Experience on Fixed Income/Equities/Cost Basis/Book Keeping/Dividend Processing. Knowledge
of Security Reference Data.
? Understanding of general US IRS TAX reporting practices.
? Proven experience of having worked with teams across functions
(Development/Business/Analysis/QA) and geographies.
? Experience in dealing with clients/partners on a verbal and written basis.
? Understanding of Back-office processing including cost basis, corporate actions, income,
withholding, name and address BPS and BETA experience a plus
? Understanding of Tax Income reclass, form production, Delta file processing significant
experience and understanding of daily delta processing for back office files
? Willingness to work in rotational shifts on the need basis.
? Excellent communication and written skill.
