Business Analyst- PLM Windchill

As a PLM Business Systems Analyst (BSA) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with business and IT teams in order to drive PLM and Enterprise Engineering/Manufacturing solutions. You will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into system-based solutions, enhancing Windchill PLM processes, and providing guidance to development teams for quality implementation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with business users to define and implement PLM and engineering/manufacturing solutions. - Identifying process gaps, architecting technology roadmaps, and enhancing Windchill PLM processes. - Leading system design, development, and implementation efforts. - Providing technical mentorship to development teams. - Partnering with cross-functional IT teams for end-to-end project execution. - Training business users on new PLM processes and managing business requests. To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in PLM software implementation (PDM, NPI, CAD, BOM, MRP, Supply Chain, etc.). - 7+ years of experience in enterprise system development through the SDLC. - Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM. - 5+ years of experience with PLM and engineering processes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, preferred skills for this role include: - Background in the medical device industry is preferable. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML. - Integration experience with other systems.
