Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Pune. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Daily tasks include conducting thorough data analysis, developing business strategies, and ensuring that business solutions align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Experience in developing and improving Business Processes
• Effective Communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to gather and interpret Business Requirements
• Relevant experience in the real estate or IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
