Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs for both print and digital media. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content that align with our brand identity. Maintain consistency in design across all platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs. Assist in the creation of presentation materials for client meetings and internal use. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A creative portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills.
