Job Description

As an Associate in the P&C industry, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your knowledge of Insurance business processes and key integration points will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and clearly documenting business and systems requirements, contributing to asset creations, and actively participating in requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations - Understand the SDLC with experience in Agile delivery methodologies - Understand project lifecycle activities for requirements implementation and maintenance - Have a strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain to understand the business requirements - Work with other business analysts to gather or document requirements - Help developers in understanding issues and document enhancements - Collaborate with QA to ensure understanding of issues and peer review test cases - Interact with the Customer to answer questions during testing - Constantly communicate project progress with PM or AM Qualifications Required: - 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst - Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies - Familiarity with quality processes - Ability to participate in daily stand-up meetings - Experience in requirements elicitation, drafting requirement artifacts, and defining project goals with business stakeholders - Proficiency in using JIRA, ADO, or other tools to support customer implementations - Experience with Agile processes, including Story Card creation and reviews - Working knowledge and use of Microsoft products like Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel (Note: The job description does not provide any additional details about the company.)
