Job Description

This role will focus on the candidate to participate in the development / upgrade of new or existing products, from concept to completion. The candidate should be able to gather product requirements, prioritize features and improve overall customer experience. The successful candidate should be a self-motivated individual with an ability to learn new concepts and domains quickly. The candidate should have an analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for details. The candidate should be able to work under dynamic conditions and should be able foster relationships with diverse teams in the organization. The candidate should be open to travel as per business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Insurance domain: - Underwriting, Claims, Re-insurance and finance software product implementation experience is a must with a minimum of 5 to 8 years.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Knowledge in French or Portuguese is a must.

  • Clear understanding of the Software product release process and ability to conduct user orientation / training sessions as and when needed.
  • Determine and develop user stories and requirements for Insurance software product.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development life cycle.
  • Manage customer communications and interactions with business users.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare and communicate status reports to Client and Senior management.
  • Clear understanding and ability to prepare FSDs, Traceability Table, Test cases and manual execution of test cases and follow up with the team for resolution.
  • Coordination between Customer and Offshore engineering teams.
  • Self-learner and should be able to work under minimum supervision.
  • CBAP, CCBA or relevant business analyst certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS-office tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams
