Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. You will need to develop a deep understanding of current business processes to identify areas for optimization and innovation. Your communication skills will be vital as you will be responsible for clearly explaining project objectives, individual roles, responsibilities, and daily activities to team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys. - Develop a deep understanding of current business processes and identify areas for optimization and innovation. - Clearly explain project objectives, roles, responsibilities, and daily activities to team members and stakeholders. - Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. - Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and other visual aids to communicate business needs and proposed solutions. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business and technical teams. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed business decisions. - Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions. - Assist in developing training materials and provide support during user training. - Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools within the organization. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to clearly articulate project roles, responsibilities, and daily activities. - Strong understanding of various business processes. - Proficiency in business analysis techniques like requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience in relevant industry (if applicable). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Experience with business analysis tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio. - Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).,
