Business Analyst

Job Description

Role & responsibilities The business analyst will work closely with the business stakeholders and clients to understand the business processes and translate them into software product requirements including creating process flows, wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps Conduct client meetings, facilitate team and client meetings, deliver presentations, demo & training to different stakeholders Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Discuss the solution approach with technical team and assist the team in any issue clarification required from business Responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, requirement design (Use cases, user interfaces, report specifications, system to System interfaces), workflow design and functional testing. Develop and execute test plans Experience in defining Functional requirements using BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document) Experience in leading Agile SCRUM sprint team(s), responsible for defining product requirements on behalf of the product owner, writing user stories, and managing typical scrum team processes, and working with sprint teams to decompose user stories into development tasks Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, monitoring milestone completion, providing timely reporting of issues, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts. Preferred candidate profile - A Bachelors degree in business or related field or MBA -Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field. -Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills. -Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. -Advanced technical and documentation skills -Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
