Business Analyst - LOS_ Chennai

Role Description:

• Understand the business requirement, identify impacted system(s) in Retail & Corporate loans as per business, compliance and operational needs of the bank.
• Identify customer needs/pain points and define product vision, strategy, high level goals aligned with banks objectives.
• Use customer and market inputs for innovation and iterative product enhancement
• Manage product vision, strategy, road map and translate them into detailed requirements/usecases/user stories, and prototypes/wireframes for development team with timely delivery and high-quality.
• Gather & Analyse stakeholder feedback to prioritize features and improvements
• Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate with technical teams
• Manage feature releases end to end, co-ordinate and influence cross functional teams with authority in a fast paced environment, Business, Development, Testing, CPC etc
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Drive buy-in for product development vision/feature/requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Bringing AI, ML capabilities in the loan journeys along with the various use case documentation, design and implementation support.
• Sound understanding on ULI and other industry level initiatives and integration knowledge.

Job Criteria:

• 5-8 Years of experience in end to end LOS process for both Retail/Corporate loans.
• Excellent communication/Interpersonal skills & leadership qualities.
• Worked on Lead Management, Loan Origination, Loan Management, Loan Collection, Credit Rating, Asset securitization, GL accounting, Asset classification & Loan provisioning is desirable
• Experience in Requirement Elicitation, SDLC, Agile concepts, and preparation of Business Requirement Document (BRD) & Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Experience in system integration, open banking, regulatory & compliance requirements for banks in India, specifically on loans both retail & corporate lending
• Experience in one or more market leading LOS required.
• Technical background, familiarity working with APIs, Databases, modern tech stacks preferred
• Analytical / reasoning skills with familiarity in product analytical tools
• Strong UI/UX intuition and experience collaborating with designers.
• Software product management professional with Appiyo/Tomcat/Oracle BI publisher/Weblogic platform experience.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
