Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join Leverage Edu. In this role, you will work closely with our finance, product, and strategy teams to manage complex datasets, ensure financial accuracy, and generate insights that directly impact business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Analysis:

  Manage, analyse, and reconcile large, complex datasets across multiple revenue streams using Excel and BigQuery.

• Financial Reconciliation:

  Ensure accuracy of incoming payments, correct account allocation, GST identification, and service cost breakdowns per transaction.

• Revenue & Margin Tracking:

  Maintain real-time revenue and margin datasets aligned with finance MIS, calculating accurate margins per sale.

• Reporting & Insights:

  Track and report revenue performance, identifying high/low-margin products and refund patterns.

• Numerical & Analytical Acumen:

  Interpret financial data, spot discrepancies, and communicate clear takeaways to drive strategic decisions.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Recommend process and product improvements based on data-backed insights.

What You Bring:

• 03 years of experience in data/financial/business analysis (exceptional freshers with strong analytical and Excel/SQL skills are welcome to apply).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL/BigQuery.
• Exposure to financial reconciliation and revenue/margin reporting preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
